on the Delfini Resort
The
complex is situated in the Beach Cabral, 800 meters away from
the country Sal Rei, in the island of Boa Vista, Cabo Verde.
A Luxurious front line development, 60 metres from the beach.
The apartments are West facing, which takes advantage of the
marvelous view of the beach and the bay. Delfini is situated
at the foot of a mountain close to the Marina Club Hotel, which
gives the development natural shelter from the North East Winds.
The natural shelter which ensures calm waves and the fine sandy
white beaches with clear blue water which lie in front of the
development makes it an ideal beach for children and families.
Ammenities are plenty on the beach, with a range of services

around 9.000 Euro, or 12.000 Euro for a furnished two bedroom
apartment.
All the apartments also come equiped with an outside shower
on the terrace or in the garden, ideal for sunbathers and the
pool area. The common areas are 700 metres squared including
a luxurious swimming pool and garden.
The apartments were origianally going to take over 80% of the
total area but we have decided to only develop 50% of the area
with apartments therefore allowing more space for the swimming
pool, garden and common areas.
The international airport of Boa Vista is now complete and we
are close to the Innauguration of the International Airport.

Information about the construction
time line and payment procedure
The construction will begin in February 2007, The complex will
be developed in 3 phases, phase one is a year, and the total
construction time will be 2 and a half years.
The payment procedure is set out as follows,
(please note that the Delfini Resort it is already covering the roof and that will be completed on October 2008):
1) 3.000€ Euro down payment to reserve the apartment
2) 50% - 3.000€ at the signature of the promissory contract
3) 20% at the completion of the roof
4) 20% at the completion of Delfini Resort
5) 10% at the final deeds
